Our allegiance is first and foremost to The People. All power rests with The People who must be free to elect their own representative governments. Anything less is tyranny.
The Enemy of Our Enemy is Our Friend
As a small, but growing, movement for democracy we recognize that we must have friends to survive. Our negotiations with Shadow President Felicia Winters’ aids inform us that she hates the corporatist power structure too, but her hands are tied. Until our movement grows she cannot openly support us without compromising her own station within the Federation. She has agreed to assist us with building influence through her networks so long as we continue to support her politically. Yes, the “champion of The People” is compromised by the corporatists, but she has real power and we need her to survive…for now.
Mobile City States Chartered by Labour of Rhea
Under the banner of MAKE, we support the sovereign city state democracies that were originally chartered by our mother democracy, and favored ally, Labour of Rhea, and which are now chartered under the sovereign faction of Liberal Resistance Maquis (MAKE) found in the Decean system. We take no actions that will harm MAKE, democracy, or Labour of Rhea and we prioritize missions from system democracies above all others for the benefit of The People. We freely donate our time and resources to the cause of democracy with the vision of maintaining democracy in Decean, restoring democracy to Rhea, and preventing the Federation from falling into corporatism (fascism) under the corrupt leadership of Zachary Hudson.
Liberal Resistance Maquis (MAKE)
We are the Commanders who put life and limb on the line to restore democracy to the Federation. We do no harm to our mother democracy, Labour of Rhea, or to MAKE, and we support our fellow democracies throughout the Federation. The People must have the right to choose their own governments and leaders, and to be free from tyranny and oppression.
