Hannah Senesh and Guardian Tech Successes

Commanders,

City State Democracy will be in and around the Rhea system for about a week before setting off in search of Meta Alloys.  I thought I would take this time to elaborate on our Guardian Technology successes.  Our scientists have unlocked the secrets of Guardian modules, weapons, and vessels.  We encourage all pilots to search for the necessary components to add these technologies to your outfitting choices.  Three pieces of technology stand above the rest. We highly encourage you to get the necessary components to unlock the Guardian Power Plant, Guardian FSD Booster, and Guardian Shield Booster.  The power plant increases a ship’s power to 104% of maximum.  This is an amazing achievement that is hard to match with our most engineered technology.

As I think of many of your bravery in our fight to restore democracy to the Federation, I cannot help but to reminisce about Hannah Senesh, a brave resistance fighter that I proudly named my Keelback after.  Hannah was a young World War II paratrooper in the resistance against the Nazis.  She fought bravely on the side of the allies.  When she was finally caught, she looked her Nazi killers directly in their eyes as they murdered her.  Hannah was bold, brave, and fearless to the end.  She never stopped believing in or fighting for the principles of democracy.

This cannot be said of other individuals from Earth’s past.  Our historians uncovered a document in archives that speaks about an individual whose evils helped to collapse a prominent democracy of his time.  You can read the document here: The intellectual right’s war on America’s institutions.

This individual hated democracy, the freedoms it bestowed upon people different from him, and worked to gut it from the inside by championing fascist politics.  Individuals such as this are enemies of freedom and democracy.  Let us not be fooled in our time by such sinister people.  We will crush them in the factions where we find them in order to preserve democracy for our heirs.
