For too long the citizens of the federation have been ruled under an insidious corporate arm which promises democracy and equality for all but instead uses it’s citizens as pawns of corporate warfare. Our citizens, who go through life bombarded by advertising and corporate propaganda, have lost all majority democratic rule in all capital systems. Federal space is subject to the most widespread poverty among any of the factions, even the poorest slave in the Empire is richer than 2/3 of our citizens. Our citizens who are classed only by the ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’ don’t even get a vote unless able to prove commercial wealth! Corporate loyalty and debited servitude oils the machine, and Federation space is nothing more than a battleground of commerce.

Enough is enough! Freedom and independence come at a cost and people must be willing to bear the responsibilities of being emancipated. It’s high-time democracy took helm of our systems and power be returned to the citizens at large rather than the wealthy few.

This is why we, the Liberal Resistance Maquis (MAKE), fly with the mark of MAKE proudly.

Depicted here in every color and gender of humankind is the mark of MAKE. The cross of Lorraine which was used by early 20th century freedom fighters in the events of the second world war embodies a need for liberation and freedom within the Federation. It is through the force of resistance the torch of liberated enlightenment will be enkindled and it is the flying pilots who are willing to pay the cost of freedom who will fulfill this victory.
